Garrett's 7th Birthday!!!

On the day of Garrett's birthday party he had a ball game earlier! He also got a team picture made that day. You can check it out below! Kim, Greg, Jordan, and Jamison came to watch him play. That was so sweet of them to come and make a day of it and then come to the party later!!! Garrett was so excited about having his party at Chuck E. Cheese that day! His favorite games of course were Skee Ball and Basketball. He racked up a few tickets at each game. Also Jordan and Jamison were very generous and gave him over 800 tickets!!! He redeemed them for a Chuck E. Cheese shirt which he proudly wore to school on Monday. He enjoyed opening his presents and his face was great opening each one! Last, but not least, Nana and Pop got him his long awaited Razor that he'd been wanting. He proudly rode it through the house and in the garage when we got home from the party. We were very grateful for all the people who came and shared this special day!

Brendan's First Fishing Trip

Brendan went on his first fishing trip! He had so much fun with his Daddy and Garrett. He was the first one to catch a fish that day! Afterwards, I was told that he caught not only the first one, but the first four. He was so excited to tell me about it. He is such a big boy! Love these pictures that Patrick took!

Easter 2009

The boys enjoyed Easter morning and discovering their baskets. We had a GREAT church service and then enjoyed dinner with the family! Later on that night we traveled home to go to the Easter drama at Valley View which was AWESOME!!! What a wonderful thing Christ did for all of us! Hopefully I will get some more pics from Mom from Easter soon and add to these.

1st Grade PTO Program

These pictures are from Garrett's PTO program back in February! The theme was "The Movies"! It was really a CUTE program. They all sang their hearts out! Garrett was sandwiched in between two girls that were very into it!!!

Garrett's Baseball Team - Go Rays!!!

These first few pics are from the first practice game that was held. Garrett was working on his throwing and fielding in the first two pictures. In the third picture he is getting ready to round the bases! In the course of the practice game, in the fourth picture, he is getting the ball in from the outfield. The rest of the pictures are of the coach talking to them and encouraging them. They had not received their uniforms at the time so everyone had on their practice clothes of course. They did win the practice game!



These next few pics are of their first game! This is the night that Garrett got the game winning hit for the team! These pics are of them being a little silly before the game. Walt jumped out in front of the camera while Patrick was taking a picture. He is pretty funny! Colton is with Walt and Garrett in the other picture. Coach is giving them a pep talk before the game in the dugout. The team was sooo excited! They high fived the other team and ran off the field to have another talk with coach! One of the mom's had brought cookies for the team. What a treat to have after a great win and then on to get their team drinks from the concession stand!



These pictures are of his second game. He was working hard to round the bases! He then cooled off with a huge Gatorade! The last picture is of him running off the field after they won their second game!
